It was a very disappointing experience when I went there yesterday. Rude customer service, I would not recommend this store.
These guys that run this store are appalling, after trying on some clothes, which it turned out just did not suit me. I put the clothes back on the racks. I had 3 people from Jay Jays accost me after 10 to 15min, waiting for me outside Nike Dfo. The manner in which they conducted themselves was disgusting, accusing me of stealing, searching my bags and young babies pram for some clothes they imagined i took.
