Today (14/03/23) I went into the store not sure what I was looking for. The staff (as always) were super welcoming and friendly. I’ve had many struggles over the past few years and lost my sense of self. I’m slowly rediscovering it, and people like the staff on today truly make a difference in the journey. Each time that I’ve been into this store the staff have been nasty and passive aggressive. The last time I visited this store the two staff members that were there kept harassing my husband and I continuously. We both thought the experience was strange and uncomfortable so we left without purchasing anything. It’s a shame because the jeans at jay jays are awesome.
I was looking for something I saw online but had no idea where to look until Bianca helped me find it she was so lovely and helpful 🥰
