Giant signs in the window saying nothing over $40. I picked up two items and they were both over $40. False advertising and kind of a joke tbh. Staff member was amazing and deserves all the stars.
One of the staff members working on the left counter on 17/04/2025 did not provide me a bag for free. But the staff member working on the right counter did provide bags without charge. Just dissapointing as my hands were full with items without a bag. Never letting that staff member serve me again as she was also rude to the people in front of me shouting at them "HOW ARE YOU???" like relax bro seems like the person did not hear you just relax otherwise quit is what I'm suggesting.

It’s my first time to visit this store. The prices of the clothes are affordable. However, one staff approached and told me how many times I kept on checking on their items. I’m looking for my size and the designs that I like. I told him my size. Then, he said my size is not available to any shorts. I told him I found one and showed it to him. Had a fantastic experience at Jay Jays! Ryan, the manager, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. The store is big, clean, and well-organised, with plenty of stock to choose from. I was thrilled with the great sale prices and left very happy with my purchases. Highly recommend this location!
