Disguisting customer service
I didn’t like the customer service at all. It was Friday, so the shop was open till 9 pm and there was a girl on the evening shift of 2nd February 2024, having fair skin and straight hairs, wearing all black clothes. She didn’t even say “hello” as me and friend entered and was doing her work only. She didn’t even help us or ask us about any size of the clothes that we are looking for. It was friday 2/2/2024 and the girl seems Frustrated from work as she don’t know how to treat customers.She didn’t even replied Hi when we greet her.
I have been here for Boxing Day sale - deals are amazing. Staff were friendly and quick to offer their services when requested.
Excellent and friendly staff, good prices.
