Was in your store today to purchase an item for my son. I asked a younger girl with dark hair to check a price on an item, she rolled her eyes and not impressed to do this. This is a simple request in retail. If this is the way your staff react they shouldn't be in retail.
They have a nice variety of clothes and the staffs are very friendly.
I just wanted to say a Big Thank -you to Troy & Kirsten from Jay Jays Cranbourne store these two went over and above there job descriptions to help me get my hoodies. Their customer service was amazing and so refreshing as it is hard these days to get any service at times in any shop. Would recommend shopping in this store Friendly with Awesome service!!
