My 11yr old daughter and I went clothes shopping. It's always a mission around this age. Mel made it so easy. Nothing was too much trouble and she really got down to my daughters level oof thinking when it comes to dressing like an 11 year old. Jay Jays has absolutely incredible service! The atmosphere is always super positive and laidback and the selection of clothes (especially the Hello Kitty & other print tees) are really high quality, definitely a majority of my wardrobe haha. If you're there I definitely recommend talking to Mel! She's super enthusiastic, knows her stuff and a major vibe!
