I just wanted to recognise the amazing service I received from Harrison at Jay Jays Charlestown Square. I had been in earlier that day and when I came back later Harrison remembered me which I thought was such a nice personal touch. I’d also just had an upsetting experience in another store where someone made a comment about my toddler which left me feeling like he was bothering others. Edit: Went in today and found something on sale, so I got it. Turns out there's new management and I told him about the "no greeting just standing around" thing. I'm hopeful it'll change soon like he said, he was super nice too, so for now, it's just going to 3☆ Stands around on their phone behind the counter. Always smells like B.O, never greets customers. It's sad, honestly.

Just want to give a huge thanks to Maz & Xavier they both went above and beyond for me to find a shirt in their band shirts section. They searched all over the store and managed to find the one I was after. Absolute legends!!!!!
