We had such a pleasant experience shopping in this store. It is well stocked, and the staff is exceptionally kind. My daughter was after some Olivia Rodrigo shirts, and they really put effort into finding the shirt and the size we needed. They were patient and helped us understand different discounts to get the best value for our purchase. Jay Jays is now our favorite shop in the Broadmeadows Center.
I took my granddaughter to the store yesterday, as she needed a Little Black Jacket to wear over summer dresses when the weather was a bit cool. She hates to shop for clothes, so I’d gone into the store earlier in the week, in fact I’d checked out a few stores, to narrow down our search prior to taking her. I had an outstanding shopping experience at jay jays recently when I purchased a pair of pants. The staff named Kenzie was friendly and immediately offered assistance without being overbearing. She listened to my needs and preferences, guided me through the selection of pants with genuine enthusiasm and expertise.
