Had a lovely shopping experience at this JayJays, Dani was absolutely fantastic today, both helpful and friendly. I use a mobility aid and she was very accommodating and made sure to show me the best dressing room to use. Like I said, absolutely fantastic, so a big thank you to her. I've been here a few times and have never had a bad experience at this JayJays, the staff is always lovely and the store is always nice and tidy.
I had such a great experience at Jay Jays on the weekend thanks to Jess! I usually find it really hard to find jeans that suit me, but she was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. She took the time to pick out styles that worked for me and kept bringing different sizes until we found the perfect fit. Her customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve ever received. Mel was really wonderful to chat to as I shopped. She was very helpful and knew which items were in stock. Store was tidy and had a decent selection.
