Was helped out by a guy named Dev who had amazing customer service experience and helped with issues regarding prices!
Kenzie is the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at a shop. It has stuck with me for the last few days and realised how no other stores have such good employees who actually care and are willing to talk to you but Kenzie actually cared and we talked about books and how are lives are going. She had the best customer service would go again. Plus their hoodies are really good for anime nerd :)
We had such a pleasant experience shopping in this store. It is well stocked, and the staff is exceptionally kind. My daughter was after some Olivia Rodrigo shirts, and they really put effort into finding the shirt and the size we needed. They were patient and helped us understand different discounts to get the best value for our purchase. Jay Jays is now our favorite shop in the Broadmeadows Center.
I took my granddaughter to the store yesterday, as she needed a Little Black Jacket to wear over summer dresses when the weather was a bit cool. She hates to shop for clothes, so I’d gone into the store earlier in the week, in fact I’d checked out a few stores, to narrow down our search prior to taking her. Dee, the Sales Assistant, had been so helpful on the Wednesday, even though she knew I didn’t intend to buy anything & may not ever actually come back.
