I am frustrated because I went in to return an online order but got told only the manager can do this so I got asked to come back Sunday. I returned Sunday and found the entire store was closed.
The young male manager with the beard was very rude and constantly yelling about how useless his workers were and it looked very unprofessional. He was saying he was sick of putting up with his workers and having having to do his own job. The other worker and customers looked very uncomfortable as he did this. He would stand over me and didn't offer to help once he was very close to my body and it was creepy. Have shopped here for a while and always find staff friendly, products a decent quality (especially for the price) and a good range of current fashion trends.
