Worst customer service ever. Your better off buying online. Walked in and no greeting. When I found an item of clothing on a mannequin I liked they said they didn't know where it was and I'll have to look for it. I finally found it on my own and they had also given me the wrong price. They are more interested in personal conversion. Managers need to look at what staff they hire. It's people like that is the reason online shopping is taking over.

Recently visited the Bathurst store while on holidays.The manager was friendly and made our shopping experience so easy!
awful experience this afternoon! Came in around 1pm. I was the only one in the shop at that time and the girl working. I believe her name was Quinn was so rude. She didn’t greet me at all and when I asked if I could try 2 things on she just ignored me and carried on doing something behind the counter. I ended up helping myself to the changing room and decided I wanted to purchase a couple of items. I went up to the counter and she didn’t even smile or look at me.
