Recently visited the Bathurst store while on holidays.The manager was friendly and made our shopping experience so easy!
awful experience this afternoon! Came in around 1pm. I was the only one in the shop at that time and the girl working. I believe her name was Quinn was so rude. She didn’t greet me at all and when I asked if I could try 2 things on she just ignored me and carried on doing something behind the counter. I ended up helping myself to the changing room and decided I wanted to purchase a couple of items. I went up to the counter and she didn’t even smile or look at me. my favourite store ever. I bought clothes there that have lasted me years! They are timeless fashion, and the XXS size variety is awesome. I wear both masc and femme clothes, so comfy, and best style. I buy from here all the time!
