Was not a good environment, Staff with Curly light brown hair just stood on phone and did not offer any help would not recommend this store to my worst enemy
I was served by the young girl with piercings and tattoos don’t catch her name, sweetest most helpful staff member I’ve come across especially during Xmas madness when she was dealing with a very full shop on her own, calm and collected and dedicated to taking care of the customers
From 9-9:20am we waited for open and the entire 20 minutes there were 2 girls at the registers having a conversation instead of opening the store. They did not budge once. I watched as one of them constantly darted eyes at us.
Amazing customer service from Dee
I just had the best experience in jjs! Last minute shopping for an outfit for an event for this weekend. Dee and the other lady I unfortunately didn’t get the name of made sure I had options and plenty of time to try them on. Even helping do up straps I couldn’t reach. The vibes they bring to the store made the environment so welcoming. 10/10 recommend this shop and ladies 🫶🏻 I’ll be back again !
