Amazing customer service from Dee
I just had the best experience in jjs! Last minute shopping for an outfit for an event for this weekend. Dee and the other lady I unfortunately didn’t get the name of made sure I had options and plenty of time to try them on. Even helping do up straps I couldn’t reach. The vibes they bring to the store made the environment so welcoming. 10/10 recommend this shop and ladies 🫶🏻 I’ll be back again !
Went to get a dress. The lady with colour hair was so rude. She behaved like I was stealing. I'm was just trying the dress. She directly asked me where is the dress you took in. I clearly wasn't holding anything in my hand. Its obvious it would be in the change room.
I had the best experience at JayJays last week! I was greeted by Megan, who was the only one working at the time while still unpacking stock and sorting tables. I usually feel a bit awkward asking for help, but when I asked about a size, she immediately paused what she was doing and came straight over. Not only did she help me find what I needed, but she also showed me a few new items she thought I’d like—and she was spot on!
