Me n my partner recently visited the JayJays store in Melbourne central. Customer service was extremely amazing and the conversations with the staff were great , can’t remember the workers name that served us but she was helpful and attentive.

A girl almost fainted and was fine, the whole store stopped and kicked everyone out, refused to go through with a simple purchase. Extremely disappointed, you go to stores to shop not to get kicked out by ignorant and incompetence workers. They kicked everyone out the store and closed it but allowed the girl and her family to keep shopping inside - unfair and disgraceful. Clothing quality is bad too.
Made a purchase last month (14 Nov 2025) and the two ladies who assisted me were so kind and sweet! I feel so comfortable shopping there. They deserve a raise
