Love the clothing here and got stuff from a $2 bucket at the front but unfortunately what let me down is these two girls were busy talking and didn’t seem to be interested in asking for help or to ask how I was doing. The customer service in here was not the best as they weren’t really interested in their job. I hope they can improve and I would prefer to shop elsewhere as they look disappointed too.
The customer service at this store is actually quite poor - the poor are quite rude when i attend - i usually go in to browse but it does not have a welcoming environment - there are better jayjays and clothing stores in the area

Tried to get a refund and had every right to and the manager was very rude and disrespectful, she mentioned that her return system is broken and I can't return it because it takes a week to fix it. Ridiculous. Sh clearly lied because a customer before me was able to return or maybe she racist because I wear a scarfe. Never coming here again. Awful customer service. The girl working with the manger looked at me apologetic way because she knew her manager is lying but she can't do much.
10/10 customer service, nice and helpful staff despite the rude and disrespectful customers. Will definitely shop here again!
