Above and beyond exceptional customer service from Karsia :) never been to such a welcoming Jay Jays store before. Very polite, helpful, understanding and took the time to search for the Demon Hunter items I was looking for :) I'll most definitely be returning for more Billie Eilish and Demon Hunter items as they have such an incredible selection. I'd rate 10/10 .... but it's definitely not high enough to express just how incredible the service I received from the staff in this store really was :)
We just finished shopping today, the male staff member on was an absolute gem of a human. We had 3 teenage boys trying on jeans and was not only helpful but understanding that it was a mission to get them all sorted. We left there with 3 happy kids and I can't praise him enough 👏
