Scheduled a call for a wedding shoot consultation, I did call him the same day and let him know I couldn’t make that appointment and requested to make a new one. He ended up calling for the appointment time anyway (which I missed) I called, texted and emailed trying to get another consultation call… but nothing! So not very responsive, which is a great warning not to have for a wedding day event.

We cannot say enough great things about Jay and his incredible team! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. Jay was so easygoing and helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially leading up to the wedding and during our engagement shoot. EDIT (May 2025): I really wish that I did not have to edit my review to one star but, I feel like I have no other choice. The reason for this is due to undelivered services that we paid good money for and lack of communication. As part of our wedding videography package, we purchased an edited film. It has been over a year and we have still have not received it despite originally being told that it takes 4-6 months. I can’t say enough good things about Jay. He is so friendly, professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. He was great with our large family, organizing people for photos. His work is so artistic, I love the wedding photos we have received so far! We also had a videographer and if you are hesitant about having a videographer, our experience was excellent and would do it over again!
