I had an amazing experience with Jay and Kristen! Kristen was my photographer the day of my wedding and everyone loved her! She was very polite and easy to talk to. She had plenty of ideas for photos and they turned out wonderful! I am not a type A person and have her almost nothing to go off of and we didn’t (because of me) stick to the time schedule. Could not have been happier doing our engagement pictures with Jay! My fiancé was very stressed leading up to the session, but Jay did a great job of helping him loosen up. We had such a great experience working with Jay! My fiancée and I had zero photo experience, but he guided us through the whole process and made it easy and fun. He gave us clear direction while keeping things natural, and we felt comfortable the entire time. The photos turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Working with Jay is the one thing my wife and I wished we could have changed about our wedding. The pictures were mediocre and took four months to receive. He was very unresponsive after the first consolation, often ignoring both my wife's and my emails to the point where we had to get the wedding coordinator involved. For those who do book Jay's company, please keep your receipts, take screenshots or pictures of communications, and have them at the ready.
