Jay and his videographer, Connor, were awesome to work with on our wedding day, which was March 14th, 2026. We have received our "sneak peek" photos from Jay, as well as the raw video footage that Connor captured. Everything is so beautiful so far, and I can't wait to see the rest! We also had a photo booth included in our package, and it was an absolute hit at our reception!

As of today, March 26 2026, the anticipated delivery timeframe of February for my wedding video, which was filmed on May 5, 2025, has now passed. Regrettably, I have still not received the final edited film. Given the prolonged delays and the fact that the most recently projected deadline has also not been met, I have decided to request a full refund immediately for the unfulfilled videography service. At this point, I no longer wish to continue awaiting the delivery of the video.

EDIT: It’s unfortunate to have to edit my original review given the events that have unfolded since I first posted it. After sharing my initial positive feedback, we received our edited photos. The pictures were truly beautiful, and Jay and his team were great to work with on the day of our wedding. Jay was our videographer for the day of our wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better person to capture our day! Jay was extremely professional and kind, capturing unique clips and grabbing all the clips we wanted! We are so lucky to worked with him. He got all our raw video and audio footage back so quickly and was amazing to relive the day so soon after. He truly is the best!
