After suffering from a sciatic trapped nerve 2 weeks I visited Jay. After assessing my problem Jay began to work on the mussels on my thigh and hips. On my way to see Jay I had difficulty walking from the local car park to his work studio, after my session I was able to get back to the car park with no problem.
Jay is incredible . He has helped me for a few years when I have found myself injured and he is so experienced in what he does. . Now however fortunately I am seeing him for general therapeutic massage work (as no specific injury ) and I feel it’s helping me remain injury free. His cabin is an ideal set up and he’s very professional.

I have had back pain for many years due to a musculoskeletal issue and after moving to Cornwall 6 months ago was recommended to Jay for any bio mechanical pain including nerve pain such as sciatica. I have now seen Jay 5-6 times and every time I leave feeling better and more aligned. He is a genius in his field as well as professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I now go to see him regularly to keep my joints moving and free and would highly recommend Jay to anybody who is suffering with this type of pain. Thanks Jay!
