Since they have multiple locations, I will copy paste my review to this one as well. Incompetent people. First I found a mistake on the tax return, but they didn't understand what's wrong so I had to explain it to them!!! Then they didn't file on time which resulted in fees. At first they told me they'll cover the fees, then they stopped answering. If you already are unfortunate enough to use their service, know that you can contact the Texas Board of Public Accountancy to report low standards of CPA practice. It worked like... read more

I met with Linda in Sugar Land for the first time. We went over my documents throughly which made me feel very comfortable that they would take care of me. My tax return was done timely and reviewed with me which I've never had done before. I really appreciate Jay Finn.
