Have used Jay several times over the last 10+ years and he continues to give the best rates and fantastic customer service and response times. Over the years I "sanity" check the rates and he ALWAYS comes out on top, first try. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does. At closing, the very experienced title company representative was surprised by the rate we got (and all she does all day every day is closings). Would highly recommend Jay and Mario for any lending needs!
