Jay is a liar and a thief. He lies regularly about how long he has been doing mortgages, and about his ability to send documents "instantaneously." He engaged in title theft of 5645 S Shawnee st where the business listing used to be at. Direct lending brokered the loan for me at that address, and I have emails from them proving as much. Wife Lisa is a Republican precinct leader and acts like she owns the local police which they used to engage in title theft. They are massive criminals.
