Easy place to get to. Friendly and accommodating Arbitrator. Made my wife feel heard and represented in the opposition seperate room. It took time of course but it got the job done.
save you money go to court our judge was older and would tell my lawyer one thing then wright a order saying something totally different. the whole idea is to see who was wrong not just split the center of the case. was a giant waste of money blew our whole deal after his final order we said no way were we doing this and we backed out of the sale all together, we wasted so much money on this to have such a poor performance from this judge retired. so my advice is go to court and let 12 of your peers decide on your case cause... read more
A long day but good Mediation. I appreciate Judge Howard's expertise and kind demeanor. Great hospitality and comfortable meeting rooms. The staff were all very kind and accommodating.
Top notch mediation. Not a bunch of smoke and mirrors trying to make you believe they actually care about you. They honestly work to try and get a fair resolution to the situation they are mediating.
