Jay and his team have been great to work with and we appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to follow up on questions and concerns. The team was quick to answer questions anytime and helped ensure we understood and were comfortable with the process. And, while not necessary for our loan, I got the impression that they could move through the process very quickly if necessary. Jay was fantastic. He came highly recommended from a friend and we interviewed him AFTER we had already put in an offer on a house.
