If I could give more stars, I would. If you want to refi, especially if you are a veteran, call Jay NOW. I’ve been trying to refinance for 9 months and have been given the run around and incorrect information by numerous companies that cold call me and claim to be experts in VA loans. Jay got my rate down, my term back to 30 years and I’m closed within 2 weeks of my first interaction with Jay and CrossCountry Mortgage. I can take a deep breath today, finally!!!
