Been a customer with Jaxx for years and had weekly deliveries and pick ups. Called for delivery 4 hours before closing as I just finished burying my cat of 18 years old. Final delivery had been 6:30. The stoned kid on other side of phone made no attempt to assist and told me to bad they were booked and to call a different day. I offered to pay an additional $100 to add me to the route. This company and their employees are obviously heartless and I will be doing anything in my power to share that with the rest of the communit... read more
