Todd literally was so rude to me. I told him upfront that I just had a few questions but he still tried to do my taxes and I declined and he just turned away from me. Seriously just swiveled his chair around so he wasn’t facing me. Said I wasn’t head or household since my husband died and treated me awful. He made me very uncomfortable. I don’t need pity but I do deserve to be treated like a person!
Love the service they get you in and out very quickly no hassles.
