Absolute, best customer service!
Went for the first time to get my bike tuned up and everyone was so nice and helpful. Came back the next week to pick up bike and also left with a new electric Townie. I recommend this place. Did great job on my bike.
I highly recommend Jax bicycles for any bike maintenance you may need. The techs are very knowledgeable and care about the quality of work they provide. My bike looked brand new when I picked it up and rides like it to!
