We had been to Jax Bike Shop a couple of times before, but after this experience, I never want to go back. My son is only 12 years old, and a staff member named Joseph was extremely rude to him. What made the situation even worse was that they wanted to charge my son $250 for something he did not even do. I’m very disappointed with the way a young customer was treated. We expected much better customer service from a bike shop we had visited before. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

I’ve been a regular at Jax Bicycle Center for a long time and recently dropped off my road bike for a tune-up and to grab some accessories I needed for training and an upcoming ride. The entire team continues to impress me every single time. There’s never any doubt that when I need products, service, or maintenance, Jax is where I’ll go — and I’ll keep recommending them to anyone looking for a great bike shop. Love this place!
