The people who work at Jax’s Bicycle Center in Claremont are great: Helpful, practical, and friendly. Bought a bike from them almost a year ago, and at the half-year tune-up, they fixed the small problems that had developed quickly, while explaining how. I’ll definitely go back for tune-ups or more serious work.
These guys are incredibly nice and helpful. I had bought a folding bike online and had some problems with adjustments and a broken bolt. They tightened iit up for me and replaced the bolt, refusing to charge me anything. I will definitely get my next bike from here and their flat pack deal. In a great location, too.
If you need a bike or any kind of riding gear for your bike. This is the place to go. They have a great selection and great pricing. I have an E-Bike and they have taken care of me every time. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Amal was very kind and professional. Helped me with getting a helmet and checking out my e-bike to make sure it was safe to ride.
