I’m not from the area so I didn’t have tools on me and I have Been racing and training over 15 years never have I went into a shop that charges $20 to remove some pedals or not throw you an Allen key lol to do it yourself. They should just charge to walk in as well maybe charge to breath air too. If they literally just gave me the tool or did a 2 second job I would have tipped atleast 20 bucks to show the shop some love.. this place has some weird rules, sorry jaxx won’t be coming back and will remember to tell the locals ab... read more
I pay for 5 years guarantee supposed to be covered some parts and discount now they take it out. They give me paper for complain doesn't match with about bike does for home.
Excellent service and friendly staff. I stopped by for a flat tire fix. There was another bike ahead of me. It was going to be a very hot day and I was anxious to start my ride. I informed the manager of this and he accommodated me and had my flat fix next. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. The repair person was very knowledgeable. He adjusted my gears upon request. This is my go to bike shop for repairs and service.
