Good customer service from the folks at Jax San Clemente. I bought something that wasn't quite right, brought it back in for an exchange, and even though it was a couple dollars more, they exchanged it straight across and I was back in business in no time. They're always helpful, and carry a pretty good stock of bikes and parts whenever I need it.
Ive been here before so I already knew they would take care of my bike. Spoke with Jason on the phone and Andrew in the store, both very professional and Andrew was able to help me with exactly what I needed. Also shout-out to the mechanic as I didnt get to meet him but they had my bike working like brand new.
