Didn't show up on move date. I left several messages. No call back! Not even to say if there was a mix up. Wow. My husband passed and we had to sell and move, very stressful. They just added more! No show, really!
They are very reliable and caring with our stuff!!!
When you are calling them to schedule a move, they are very helpful and friendly. Answered the phone every time I called. That chanaged after the move. They overcharged me and I called to ask for a refund. Dawn said that will be taken care of. She had to get with the driver and would get back to me. Two months later I am still waiting for my return call and refund. I called numerous times, no answer. I left several messages, no response. I send email, no response.
