The customer service team at JAUS is absolutely incredible! We had a large order of dresses needed for a wedding, and were struggling to find the sizes we needed consistently in stock. Upon reaching out to the customer service team, they were quick to help find a solution and ensure we received all dresses needed! They're even better than we imagined and the bride couldn't be happier.
Dress 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 First time ordering and I misjudged the size chart. When I called the store, a lovely young lady helped me exchange my dress for a different size and get it shipped in time for my event, which was a very tight turnaround. The team was so helpful and went above and beyond to make things right. Sad to say, this level of customer service is no longer common in the retail industry. I cannot say enough, good things about JAUS! Love love love.
Love Jaus, no matter where we look for special event dresses, even higher end stores, my daughter always ends back at Jaus every time. The staff is very kind and helpful on top of it.
I LOVE the clothes at JAUS! Going into the store was so fun- Jordan helped me pick out an outfit for a special occasion! She was the best!
