I attended the warehouse to collect a paid order and spoke with Joe, who asked me to wait while he arranged the pickup. I parked near the designated collection area for that exact purpose. I was there as a customer collecting an order, not “parking for fun.” While waiting, Alex was operating a forklift nearby. We are very happy with JasonL Office Furniture. They were extremely easy to deal with, very efficient and provided great customer service at competitive pricing. Highly recommend and we will be using them again!
Great service, lots of displays on show and they're all set up so you can try them and have a quick trial run. Location is huge and they have pick up area, can be tricky finding the entry though as the front door isn't open to the public and there is no entry from the warehouse side. Go the the side facing bunnings and then find the Office 2A signage then walk right of sign until and follow the path until you see a door.
Exceptional quality professional chairs within a reasonable price range is the best description for JasonL. I had the opportunity to buy the pelican office chair , which turned out to be a great purchase erasing my back pain from the chair that I use now.
Good quality products, which can be inspected first in a showroom. Smithfield sales customer service repeatedly failed to answer the phone and then took excessively long to reply. Also failed to fulfil promises to call back with quotes, after I visited the showroom and made inquiries about custom cabinets. Online shopping experience for in-stock items was easy though.
