Visited this brand after a long time. A big store in the chocolate mall products, right? From undercomings to shirts, teas, women's men's kids footwear whene's accessories all displayed in a very great manner. The exit door was closed. So we again had to come out through the entrance. But the staff was very busy laying up the store and opening for the day, post-independence day celebrations. Great deals and discounts not to miss do.Visit the store within the premium outlet mall
Horrible service! No one there knows what they're doing! They didn't have my size and when they went to order it, they said their computer was down and I could call later to order it since I wasn't from the area. They said take a picture of the tag so I could describe them. I called after they said their systems would be back up, and after being told they can't do it over the phone, this "manager" said he would do it. Called and checked to see if they had a specific online item that may be in calvin outlets. Employee I spoke with over the phone stated they had product I was asking about and that it was available . Went all the way up to Carlsbad only to be told otherwise. Complete waste of time. Management; Train your employees to do better and better not give a direct answer if they are not certain about specific items/online items being available in stores.
