Jason photographed my cousins wedding this summer, and managed to capture but LOST her first kiss, fathers first look and mother of the bride helping her get ready.. amongst others of course. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional and the worst part is they refunded only $200. A real wedding photographer would have 2 slots in your camera, incase one gets compromised, would back up images to the hard drive AND cloud service. I had Jason as our wedding photographer this year in May 2023. Jason showed up on time, and just did his thing. He took soooooo many photos and getting them back it was so nice to have nothing staged. He listened to what my husband and I wanted and delivered. He is a very kind and personable guy when at your event. He always seemed to be at the right place at, the place at the right time! This was from many years ago . I went to Jason to have my children’s picture done for Christmas and at the time of the photo shoot my kids would not behave and I felt like the pictures would not turn out how I was hoping for. I had asked to have a sneak peak before I paid the remaining of the appt but they refuses to let me see one picture. I did not want to purchase picture If none of them turned out. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I have had a terrible experience with Jason. We signed a contract for wedding photography, and after our wedding being postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic, he offered nothing but gift cards or to reschedule to a date that works for his schedule (15 dates of the entire 2021 year). Unfortunately, we had to go with our venue's available dates, which did not align with Jason's. We got a promotional price and therefore had to pay up front.
