Thank you Jason for all you done for me… I was arrested in wildwood nj for dui when in fact I knew I wasn’t (.01 bac)…. I contacted Jason as he was local to the area and after a long 9 month ordeal of monthly postponements waiting for police reports and body cam videos, Jason was able to get my dui charge dropped…. Also like to thank his staff at the office as they were soooo very kind, pleasant, eager to help and answer any questions I had …..
Worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. He wanted me to take a plea deal for 7–8 months in jail even though I was innocent. I showed him proof that could help my case, and he still refused to present the evidence. After wasting $4,000 on Jason Pollack, I ended up hiring a public defender instead. The public defender used the same evidence I originally showed him, and my case was dismissed completely. Please be careful before hiring this attorney. In my experience, he cared more about getting paid than fighting for my freedom.
