Called and asked to buy an hour of time to get some questions answered. The woman who answered and identified herself as Cindy or something like that was surly and not helpful at all... she made it painfully obvious she was self-important, and annoyed that I was asking for assistance when she informed me "they were busy and working on stuff for people who were already clients".
