I'm not sure if this guy is still a practicing attorney but if he is I highly suggest you stay away from him and his unethical legal practices.

After reading the other reviews I have to add he is only after money. I paid $2500 for a divorce now I realize that I am from the south and thing are different there but when and attorney quotes a price for a divorce that what you pay and nothing else. He took my money and then before it’s over he sent me another bill for another $2500 and wouldn’t file a he paperwork we needed until he was paid. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with the law and this guy has to be reviewing himself. He's the most infamous lawyer in county jail here, all I heard daily was Beardsley isn't doing nothing for me, it has become a joke to ppl. He completely lied to me and my family and scammed my dad for about $10000, which unfortunately wi effect him for years because hed not a hot shot Montrose lawyer that lies to ppl about what he can do, his word is shot, it's disgusting.

hes horrible, all he cares about is getting paid. he literally told me i wasnt doing any jail time cause he wanted to get paid, i never got to talk about my case with him b/c every time i called his secretary asked about the money. I never got him on the phone once. He talked the judge out of giving me a county bid plea and i went from doing no time at all to now im doing state time. i cannot believe hes rated 4.75, they obviously rate themselves, cause everyone in jail complained about him too.
