I have been getting my nails done here for a few years, I have stopped getting my toes done here as they often put on the wrong colour even though I clarify what colour I want. I don’t normally have a problem with my nails but I received an attitude when I asked for the shape to be changed because I didn’t like the shape. My nails were then filed aggressively, they are also somewhat bumpy.

Amazing Nail technicians. Have been going there for a couple of years. Place is always buzzing with happy customers. I always love how they do my nails. I go every 2 -3 weeks. They always remember you. I have recommended them to a lot of my friends

Booked an appointment for 3:55pm, got to the shop on time. They did not ask what I wanted considering I booked an appointment with details of what treatments I will require. I got moved too 2 different seats before being asked to go the final chair at 4:35 they finally decided to start my nails. The man starting my nails then asked am I okay .. I said no I’m not I have been waiting for ages and I’ve booked an appointment he laughed and started my nails. Very very unprofessional and no apology!
