It's real sketchy that employees are allowed to go on Bank accounts accounts. My grandmother is at this facility and she took her caregiver to the bank with her. The bank asked who else she would like on the account and my grandma said to put the caregiver on the account. My grandmother has biological family that comes to visit her and the caregiver should have said no. Bed bug infestation do NOT EVER bring anyone here
This place is overpriced and they're scandalous. When my mom left there they gave her a check that bounced and they did it on purpose.. I had to drive back and forth from Barstow to yucca valley which is not close by the way it's hours away All for them to give me a check that bounced it messed up my bank account and cost me a lot of money because now we have to drive back again for the same thing to happen again probably. The place is filthy. People smoke outside despite medical conditions. The doctors couldn't seem to care less. The area is terrible for people trying to recover from addictions as the area makes almost every possible drug readily available. Overall, send someone here if you don't love them.
My brother has been in their care since 2019 and we have been satisfied with his treatment. The staff are friendly and kind as is the owner. This is more of a relaxed atmosphere for people that can’t remember things.
