My brother has been in their care since 2019 and we have been satisfied with his treatment. The staff are friendly and kind as is the owner. This is more of a relaxed atmosphere for people that can’t remember things.
Worst place I've ever seen. No one speaks English. Only a few people there on weekends. Place smelled horrible. Roof leaked in my Dads room. Food was disgusting. He wouldn't eat it. They lost all the clothes/pjs we bought for him. They took his blanket and gave him someone else's. Very little communication with any doctor or nurse, in fact barely saw one. We had to get him out of there. It was like being on The Walking Dead tv show.
Words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have found this place and the incredibly compassionate people that work there. Michael the director and Maria his assistant go above and beyond to help my loved one feel cared for and safe. This type of superior care is hard to come by and I cannot emphasize enough how lucky I am to have found this facility and the hard working people who treat my loved with respect and dignity so if your looking for top notch care, I assure you it doesn't get any better than this. This living facility is great for individuals or families looking for a placement for their loved ones. The administrative staff is always following up with their residents care, and making sure the residents are all comfortable and feel like they are at home.
The staff and management are very friendly and accommodating. My family member was very pleased with their stay at Jasmin Terrace Yucca Valley. Would definitely recommend.
