This review is mainly for Virginia. I actually did like the facility, but the staff seem to be a little incompetent. Dealing with Virgina (older Filipino lady) to do an intake is the biggest waste of time. She is so unprofessional and sloppy, it is very frustrating corresponding back and forth with her when she goes out of town so often for "family emergencies", and is the main point of contact for intake. A confederation of dunces runs this joint. They allow unvaccinated guests to roam an assisted living facility without masks, in ignorance of CDC guidelines. That tells you all that you need to know.

This is for the Yucca Valley location: They are currently killing my Aunt. She has lost her ability to feed herself and they they just place food and drinks in front of her and wonder why she doesn't eat. Staff don't wear masks and many aren't vaccinated. Now she has Covid and they don't expect her to survive the weekend. So... will she die of Covid or starvation and dehydration? Bet they'll say it's just Covid.

Worst place to leave a love one DONT trust this place. Virginia only cares for youre money they feed these people the cheapest food they can get.. they have bed bugs all over and Virginia dont do nothing to fix it .
