My dad just passed away at Jasmine Terrace two days ago. I have nothing but my deepest gratitude to all the staff at Jasmine Terrace for taking care of my dad for the past 2 years. They took better care of my dad than I could ever do. My dad passed away at 4:50 in the morning. By the time I walked in, a young nurse, I still don’t know her name, was crying and mourning by dad’s side. They have been kind and attentive. The patient has severe dementia and can be difficult to work with.

This review is mainly for Virginia. I actually did like the facility, but the staff seem to be a little incompetent. Dealing with Virgina (older Filipino lady) to do an intake is the biggest waste of time. She is so unprofessional and sloppy, it is very frustrating corresponding back and forth with her when she goes out of town so often for "family emergencies", and is the main point of contact for intake. A confederation of dunces runs this joint. They allow unvaccinated guests to roam an assisted living facility without masks, in ignorance of CDC guidelines. That tells you all that you need to know.
