Unbelievable........ nearly 7 hrs to offload........ horrible They made me wait for more than 5 hrs and then they gave me a dock.......
Very tight dock spaces. If there’s a truck parked across from your assigned dock, you’ll likely have to blindside back into it because there’s very little room to maneuver. The dock layout doesn’t make much sense and can be challenging for larger trucks. Loading can also take a while, so expect some waiting. Drivers are also expected to help with unloading, so keep that in mind before arriving. Overall, be prepared for a tight backing situation and longer loading times.
