Great Company to work with! Always efficient and on time deliveries with very few hiccups. I also love how welcoming they are with accommodations; I got loaded at 5am and offloaded at 1am a few times due to my truck breaking down.
This company is exceptional in terms of communication and customer service. Their cross-dock is clean and organized as it should be. We occasionally use the cross-dock when our Terminal has overflow issues and always is a pleasure to utilize their services.
Picked up damaged equipment from this depot. They denied it, but when he moved the equipment as I watched, the fork on the lift was exactly right where the damage was. Disappointing.
