I called April 28th looking for advice or a consultation regarding a civil case after calling around 10 other law firms. I was recommended to call here and gave very minor details for the consumer case and was told “I’m sorry sir we are at capacity”. I clarified that I am just looking for a brief consultation or advice not looking for someone to take on my case or I would really appreciate if you could refer me to someone who can take this case and was again told “we are at capacity”. My visit only required two visits. First I dealt with staff and today I dealt first with staff then Elaine Jarvis, owner and attorney. I was impressed at both visits with how friendly both the staff and Elaine Jarvis were to me. Ms. Jarvis was both professional and friendly to me. She filled me in on what I needed to know and gave her thoughts on the entire matter. I would not hesitate to return to this office should the need arise.
