I went in seeking assistance for my 81 year old mother to keep her from becoming homeless or losing her electricity. I was informed not to return in person to their office in Dallas and to call first to have a document signed or receive a resolution. It’s been since the middle of February. My father dropped off his Trust documents three weeks ago, but the office misplaced them and said they would search for them. However, there has been no follow-up or concern before his trip abroad. It seems they have more important things to focus on than their clients
