I went to Jarvis & Associates to get my taxes done for my 501c3 organization. They were excellent in person and made me feel very comfortable. After my first initial visit there, everything dropped off the wagon. I would need to wait weeks to get a returned email or phone call. They needed to file an extension with my taxes (even when I went there months in advance before taxes were due). It's so hard to communicate with this firm. Terrible experience with Ron Jarvis. He misplaced some of my paperwork and did not locate for many months. Not surprising since the entire office just has folders and documents everywhere. A huge disappointment and ended up going elsewhere.
After 40 years my CPA that I used for my business retired.We changed over to Ron Jarvis & Associates and have been extremely happy with their service
