I had a family emergency and needed an adjustable bed delivered ASAP. Angie, James, and Mindy went above and beyond! They helped me choose the perfect mattress and adjustable base, kept me updated throughout the process, and were incredibly accommodating when I had to reschedule delivery. Mindy handled the date change flawlessly. I was so impressed with their exceptional service! Highly recommend!
Poor customer service. Unwilling to make adjustments to sales errors. Sad policy. First picture is mistake second picture is unacceptable solution.
