Wouldn't buy a cardboard box from this place!! Family member ordered a couch in October 2025 and paid for it in full. Was told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. Nope it didn't. So Mid-January ..because family member complained that she still hadn't received the couch...Jarrettsville Furniture gave them a "loner" until the couch arrived . Jarrettsvile Furniture always has beautiful furniture; we'll be back for a bedroom set. I have to compliment the delivery guys. They were giants! I don't know how they got the chair up our narrow stairwell and then around the corner over the rail post. Outstanding workmanship... I was amazed. Thank you, another satisfied customer again! You will not be disappointed, I promise you.
I'm so impressed with Jarrettsville Furniture's customer service. Purchased a mattress with an adjustable base 3 years ago for my 94 year old mother. Due to health problems she was now having difficulty getting into the bed . I called and they immediately came out for free and lowered the base so she can now get into her bed. What amazing customer service!
I walked through the showroom and found a pair of chairs I fell in love with. Bought them immediately and could not believe how easy they made it. Delivery scheduled. In 1 hour I met the new owner, found a fabulous addition to our home and can’t wait to go back to pick out custom pillows.
I do not care about furniture. If it was up to me, I'd still have ratty old stuff from college. But I have learned the secret to a happy marriage is, whenever possible, say yes. If she who must be obeyed is happy, everyone is happy. This review is to praise Tim and Rodney who delivered very heavy furniture days after a big snow storm.
