Product is amazing, no faults there But god the sales lady in the office has such an attitude Never in my life have I been spoken to with such condescension and poor attitude. As I was recommended the fire places (once again the product is outstanding) But the customer service was quite frankly appalling. The lady at the reception was very nice, but I’m shocked as to how this lady is still working at such a great company with such a shocking attitude Do better
Well I don't know who can check on this ,a review under my name with a 5 star review is on there page .. this is illegal!!! Mine wasn't a 5 star experience and it's not what I wrote on my review (I can not edit the other review as I am not in control of it ,'I tried , with all due respect I have told my side,we had to pay Sunday rates to have our air con working in the heat wave ... this was on my original review also
I'm absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling! Their team did a fabulous job installing my new heating and cooling system - they were on time, efficient, and completed the job without any issues. The young installation team was not only professional but also courteous, taking the time to explain everything and leaving my place spotless. Highly recommend this company. Beautiful unit, great service & fast professional install. Would happily order from them again but judging by the quality I don’t think we will need to for another 30 years.
Brandon was incredibly helpful with guiding us to the perfect wood fireplace. Very easy to work with & transparent with everything from start to finish.
