First off, Holly was immaculate. From the first email, she is THE MOST competent contact point for a company I have ever interacted with. Answered every enquiry promptly, and super politely. Holly was an absolute pleasure, and if I needed anything else aircon wise I wouldn’t hesitate to email her. The installation was quick, and painless. What started with a good review had to be taken down,first of all one bedroom was blowing a gale ,didn't think they took it seriously until someone come out to see it was ,that problem fixed,then a few days later the system shut down ,on a phone call they asked for me to check meter box ,well because they used a 30 yr old switch and didn't write under it what it was for ,after a bit of investigating we found the switch that keeped tripping. Now it tripped every 5min so we have no aircon in a heatwave in Perth Mmm not happy
Both me and my mum had Jarrahdale Wood Heater installed me a Innovator inbuilt into a old existing brick fireplace and mums was a free-standing Rhapsody the fires are awesome easy too light burn nice and hot and can turn down. Wanted a Jarrahdale wood heater for ages worth the wait they really are good and worth every cent.
