The car service exemplifies NO SHOW! After various attempts to reach them they said we will call you back for an update on your trip. They never called back, nor did they answer my calls. It’s been over two hours and they never called or sent a driver for scheduled service. WORST experience! Additional they don’t do door to door. They pick you up at their desired location regardless of your health. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Worst car service ever! I booked a car for my mom's doctor's appointment for 8am. Called them every 10 mins for an hour to get status and they kept on telling me 10 more minutes until we gave up. They ended up showing up 1.5 hours later. Ridiculous! Unreliable. DO NOT use this car service!
Jarpa Transportation is Worst taxi service, driver was 45 min late and company never called to let customer know of ETA. Had called 5 times and no answer from the company, never use this taxi service
