Jared doesn't ask you any questions or tries to help you out in anyway. He charges you extra to punch in a couple numbers. He charges you extra for nothing. I got stuck with him because I trusted his predecessor who sold him the business.

I hired Jared to handle my taxes, trusting that he knew what he was doing. But he completely screwed up my filing, making serious errors that could cost me a lot of money. Like $132K. When I reached out to him to fix the mess he created, he pretended to fix the problem. He lied and said he fixed it. Upon contacting the IRS months later to ensure everything had been taken care of, I learned he hadn’t submitted anything on my behalf. I gave him every chance to correct his mistakes. I appreciate the time Jared takes when he does my taxes. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he informs me of any possible information I may need to know for my personal taxes and for my SCorp. I have been taking my taxes to him for the past 3 years and feel grateful to have found him.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Stone and Company. It’s seams as though they miscalculated our taxes, which resulted in many on going issues with the State. Since discovering the error, we have called multiple times and left several voicemails, but have received no response. It feels as though they are purposely ignoring our calls, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I went to Jackson Hewett. The lady did my return and said I owed 20k. I went to Jared and he did it for half the cost and it turned out I owed nothing. Highly recommended.
