I had a series of sessions this summer which helped me work through some hip pain. Apparently I had other stuff going (adrenal fatigue) which Jared picked up on and helped me with. The sessions were a combination of cranial sacral therapy and body work. I felt the cranial sacral to be deeply relaxing and healing & opened the way for my body to better integrate the rest of the work.
I saw Jared while in Wyoming for sciatica. I am pleased to say that I was able to drive home to Florida without any pain. Jared is a gifted healer/body worker. I look forward to seeing him again when I'm back in the area.
