As a first-time buyer my experience was excellent. Jared provided tons of education and guidance throughout the process. He was also able to compete to get rates below those publicly posted. A+
I don't even think 5 stars is enough to give Jared.....he deserves 35 stars. We had a pretty grim situation and got not alot of great help from our bank, who held our mortgage for 8 years. They pretty much left us out to dry with not much communication and almost a lack of interest in helping their customer. Jared was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent.
