I bought a dining set from this store and was told by the staff that delivery would be made at 11am. I waited, but nothing arrived. I called the shop and was then told the item was being delivered by a courier, and that I needed to contact them directly. When I called the courier, they told me delivery would be made by 2pm. Still waiting on a chair ordered April 15th. Unbelievably tardy service. Original choice unavailable but no contract for months. Alternate chair ordered but here we are months later and nil supply. How can you stay in business when you treat your customers with such contempt?
