Absolutely love our futon. Richard was great to deal with. Explained everything in detail and all the options for our delivery. Service was prompt. From ordering to delivery. Arrived well packaged safely. Would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to get off an inner spring. Best decision for my body and sleep.
Japanache's products and customer service are consistently high quality. I've ordered their tatami a few times over the years and have always been happy with my experience.
Product quality and service are excellent. Minor transport damage to items last delivered but this is the first time that has happened and overall I am very happy with the Tatami mats, futons, quilts and pillowslips; I would certainly continue to purchase from Japanache.
