I bought a futon mattress about a month ago and now that I've had some time to try it, I wanted to share this review. The futon was exactly as described and as expected. Customer Service by Richard and Naomi went above and beyond. They answered my questions before purchasing; provided helpful advice on care and maintenance once I decided to buy the futon; then the delivery was fast; and they have even made themselves available after the sale in case I had any issues (I haven't had them).
