Andrew is fantastic. He is knowledgeable about everything shears, combs, and brush related. He helped service a 10+ year old pair of shears (missing parts and dullness). He patiently answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Japan Pro Tools.

Andrew is by far the best shear sharpener I have ever worked with. I have been doing hair for 20+ years. I have worked with many different shear sharpeners over the years and Andrew does a better job than any of them. He even does a great job sharpening my Hikari shears. He does a better job sharpening them than Hikari if I am being honest. (If you do hair you know that usually you send those to the company to sharpen).
