Andrew is amazing! He took my damaged, fairly new shears and was able to sharpen them to a better state than when I pulled them out of the package the first time! One week turn around and I couldn’t be happier!
Andrew is fantastic. He is knowledgeable about everything shears, combs, and brush related. He helped service a 10+ year old pair of shears (missing parts and dullness). He patiently answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Japan Pro Tools.
