Disappointed about the quality. I paid high price for a wok made in Japan. But after about a month 2 round dent appeared on the surface and the edges fell rough. It looked like a little piece had come off. I am worried if it’s safe to use it now and have to start looking to get a new wok.

We bought quite an expensive rice cooker in their online shop. During the first meal prep, the rice cooker showed up an error as failure of device. We messaged the shop and they tried to put it on us, that we don’t know how to use it (husband is asian and knows his trade ;D). So we suggested to bring it back to the shop i person, they can have a look and we want a new cooker. They grabbed another one out of a random pile of boxes and gave as the cooker (bowl, spoons, cable we had to keep the old ones). Went home, unpacked an... read more

Rudest staff - purchased a travel adapter that did not function properly. The staff member tried putting the blame onto my personal mounts, but finally decided to refund the $12 back to me as he knew he had no other choice.. BUT DESPITE PAYING ON CARD AS MENTIONED MY RECEIPT HE REFUNDS ME IN DOLLAR COINS. Can’t believe this happens in todays day and age. Please avoid
